Bobby’s Playhouse is a day nursery for children from 3
months old to primary school intake age run by Richard and Emma Hannay. Bobby’s Playhouse opens at 8:00 am and closes at 6:15
pm. Babysitting before and after these times is available but is charged and
arranged separately. Bobby’s Playhouse is divided into the following areas: 1
Baby Room, 3 Wobbler Rooms, 2 Toddler Rooms, 2 Nursery Rooms, a Great Hall
for indoor communal play, ballet and music workshops, and an outdoor play
area which all the children use daily. Bobby’s Playhouse aims to provide an equal opportunities
environment for children and adults irrespective of race, culture, religious
beliefs, or ethnic origin. |

Children learn more in their first years
than at any other time but they must enjoy their environment and learn
through play. They must also develop at their own speed, safely, and with as
much individual attention as they need. Please see our noticeboards for your
child’s timetable. |

All the staff in
charge of rooms are qualified with NNEB, B Tech, NVQ or CACHE certificates.
These staff are assisted by NVQ or CACHE students carrying out the work
placement element of their course. |
