All meals are provided for children over the age of 6 months and are cooked on the premises. A menu is displayed on the noticeboard.

Please ensure that staff are aware of any special dietary needs your child may have, in writing.

Bottles and baby food must be clearly marked and be made up ready to refrigerate daily.

Children should arrive in normal day clothes and have a complete change of clothes with them. This is especially important for babies and those on potty training.

Please mark all belongings clearly. Bobby’s Playhouse cannot be held responsible for any lost belongings.

Bobby’s Playhouse provides all nappies.

Photographs will not be used for any form of marketing or publicity outside the premises.

If you or your family have been in contact with any infectious disease you must inform Bobby’s Playhouse immediately in writing.

Bobby’s Playhouse reserves the right to turn away or send home any child who is deemed unfit to be at the nursery that day. Children must recover fully from any illness before returning to the nursery.

Medicine must be clearly marked with full instructions and be accompanied with written permission to administer it. Staff must also be informed of any medicine administered before arrival at Bobby’s Playhouse. Children must not attend Bobby’s Playhouse if they are in the first 24 hours of receiving a new medicine.

Bobby’s Playhouse reserves the right, whilst your child is at the nursery, to act in his or her best interests in respect of any illness they may suffer.

Bobby’s Playhouse keeps guinea pigs, goldfish and worms as part of the educational experience offered. Please inform the staff if your child has any cultural or religious reasons for not wishing to handle the guinea pigs, or if you are aware of any allergies or anxiety that may be relevant.

Unless otherwise instructed by you all children will be taken on regular outings, some of which may include use of transport.
